Before Opening Your Service Centre

Our HQ team will work closely to help you:  

  • Secure an optimum location – we will assist you in the selection of premises and offer guidance in lease negotiation with landlords/agents. 
  • Set up the service centre – we have a pre-opening programme, offer shop fit suppliers, and advise on the organisation of the service centre, as well as supporting with supplier account setup, inventory, and merchandising. 
  • Understand the business model – the early success of your service centre is best facilitated by using our tried and tested business model to the letter, including the systems, tools, and resources available exclusively to PACK & SEND franchisees. 
  • Plan your marketing and sales strategy – its important to prepare your business launch in advance of the service centre opening, including your marketing and sales strategies; we can advise you on the best way to do this. 
  • Hire the best team – we can assist you in staffing your service centre with an inviting, proactive, and confident team, setting you up with a fantastic support network early on. 
  • Learn the ropes – we offer in-depth induction training to you and your team through an eight-week programme. You will be given both classroom and on-site training that familiarises you with the freight industry, packaging techniques, our accounting and operating systems, and successful marketing techniques, so your entire team are experts in the business before your doors open.
