Important: This tracking facility will only monitor shipments arranged through our online self-service booking system. You cannot track a shipment booked via a PACK & SEND service centre here but your centre team will be able to give you an update if you want to track any other shipment.

PACK & SEND provides two types of track and trace options to keep you informed and let you know your parcel was delivered

Online Self-Service

If you use our Online Self-Service, you will automatically be provided with a tracking number, which you can find in your booking confirmation email. Enter your tracking number in the box at the top of the page and click submit to track now.

Service Centres

Our service centres provide a unique, end-to-end personalised service, proactively managing customer expectations. The service centre where you made your booking will contact you to confirm the delivery receipt details of your consignment. In the unlikely event of a delay or hold up they will update you on this and work to address the issue and complete the shipment.

Using a service centre means that you have a team tracking your shipment for you and allows you greater administrative efficiency, peace of mind and ability to effectively manage the expectations of your own customers. If you want an update on a shipment booked via a service centre then contact them now.
