What's the difference
Unlike the end-to-end service offered in our Service Centres, our Online Self-Service System is a DIY courier service option. You manage the process online in your own home or office rather than have it done for you. Of course, if you are happy to do that, then it will cost you less.
The automated Online system is available for deliveries where the item is pre-packed, but deliveries of unpacked items will need to be arranged through our Service Centres, where we can pack the item safely for you. You will need access to a printer to use Online Self-Service.
Step 1 Pack your item(s) in suitable packaging to ensure it is well protected and then measure the dimensions of your package and weigh it.
Step 2 Get a Quote for sending your package by entering the details of your delivery online. You will get a price straight away and you can then book & pay immediately.
Now print the shipment documents and attach the labels to your package.
Step 3 On collection day, hand over the package in person to the driver, or, if it’s more convenient you can choose to drop off your booked parcel at your nearest PACK & SEND Service Centre.
Once in transit, you can track your delivery online all the way to its destination.
