Last Shipping Dates

The last shipping dates for Christmas 2023 are now available! You can find the last international and domestic shipping dates here. These show the last available dates we recommend presents are sent by with an aim to ensure they arrive on time.

We recommend that all Christmas shipments be sent as soon as possible to avoid delays and disappointment if goods are not received in time for the big day. We stress the importance of sending your goods in as much advance as possible to ensure they reach their recipients in time.

If you are shipping presents and are unsure if they might be permitted for import, you must check this before attempting shipment. PACK & SEND have expert knowledge in knowing what goods can be imported into different countries worldwide. You can find out which goods can be shipped to specific countries on our shipping pages just like, Portugal or contact your local service centre.

European and North American last shipping dates

The last advised date for sending Christmas presents to most European and North American countries is the 15th of December. This date will include countries like; the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Rest of the world last shipping dates

Shipments to most non-European countries should typically be sent even earlier but have the same last shipping date as Europe and North America – 15th December. This service includes countries such as; Australia, New Zealand, India and China.

Just like with domestic shipments, with all international shipments, we would recommend sending presents as far ahead as you can. This way you ensure that your presents will arrive on time for Christmas avoiding any potential delays. Last Domestic Shipping and Collection Dates

Domestic Collection

The last advised date available for the domestic collection of parcels this Christmas is 21st December. Whilst collection can be offered as late as the 21st, we would advise against waiting this long to arrange collection, to ensure that presents arrive in good time guaranteeing their arrival.

After the 21st, we cannot offer collection again until the 27th – 31st of December. The collection of goods is then unavailable again after these dates until the 2nd of January when regular services will be resumed.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic deliveries of Christmas presents the last advised delivery date is December 23rd, but capacity will be limited. As with collection whilst the last delivery date is as late as the 23rd we highly recommend you do not ship any Christmas presents as late as this if you want to be certain they will arrive in time for Christmas day.

Delivery is then available again on the 27th December – 31st of December with standard service resuming after this on the 2nd of January. Contact your nearest service centre if you want more information about our last domestic shipping dates.

Christmas Charity Reindeer Race

This Christmas, PACK & SEND is excited to launch the Christmas Charity Reindeer Race in aid of The Trussell Trust food bank charity.

We’re sending out 22 reindeer, named Ryan, each representing our service centres across the UK. The goal is simple: sending Ryan from person to person through the PACK & SEND carrier network while raising important funds for charity.
