PACK & SEND is a company that offers a complete range of postal, freight, courier, packing and removal services, operating through a national retail network. We were founded in 1993, establishing the first PACK & SEND Service Centre in August of that year, at Parramatta, NSW, Australia.
PACK & SEND has expanded confidently from the one service centre and is rapidly becoming a global brand. We are now a national chain with service centres across Australia and New Zealand and we started trading in the UK in 2009 where we are continuing to grow our retail network through franchising.
In March 2023, PACK & SEND UK became a part of MBE Worldwide. This group consists of three brands operating in the UK market; Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options.

Open 5 core days a week, we manage packaging, freight and message sending services for businesses of all sizes, as well as for householders and tourists. Our freight solutions range from sending a 20gm letter to a 1 tonne consignment.
We offer over 30 different freight services, enabling us to deliver to any destination on the planet. Message sending services include not only courier and mailing of hard documents, but the electronic transmission of messages. We sell packaging supplies and can custom pack items of any size or weight.
We are the industry leader with respect to handling goods that are fragile, large, awkward, and valuable.

We are an important physical link for the courier and private mail industry, which has a growing market segment requiring the use of services from our convenient locations. Additionally, our service centre network enables us to create powerful logistical solutions for national companies. An example of our unique services include 'reverse logistics' solutions for companies such as Kodak. Kodak customers are able to conveniently use our network of PACK & SEND outlets for dropping off cameras for repair. We then in turn package and send the camera to a Kodak central repair depot for servicing.
