Mike Ryan

Mike Ryan

Chief Executive

Mike has 25 years experience within the retail and leisure markets, gained in marketing, buying, and general management. He has been involved in both publicly listed and private equity backed businesses, and has proven experience of building business value through the leadership of people and developing propositions based on customer understanding.

As Chief Executive, he led the direct selling business Betterware International Ltd through to its recent sale to Vision Capital. Previously he served on the Boards of First Choice Holidays Plc, Thorn Plc, and Bright Reasons Restaurants before which he held senior management roles within the Boots Group and Thorn EMI.

Martyn Grealey

Director

Martyn has 30 years experience within the leisure market, gained in marketing, operations, and general management. The majority of his career has been with Allied Domeqc Plc and he served on the boards of a number of their operating businesses in marketing, operations, and general management positions.

He has significant experience of the national rollouts in the bars, restaurant, hotel, and fitness sectors. Most recently he was CEO of Crown Sports Plc where he led a successful turnaround of the business and its sale to LA Fitness.

Jerry Berstein

Non Executive Director

Jerry is an experienced leisure operator having spent the majority of his career at Allied Domeqc. He has particular experience of franchising having been involved as General Manager with the Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts brands for Allied and in particular the adaptation and introduction of the US business into the UK market. He also served on the boards of Whitbread Pubs Division and Allied Domecq as Retail Operations Director.

He currently runs a successful HR outsourcing business and acts as a coach and mentor to middle to senior managers within large corporations.

Chris Storr

Non Executive Director

Chris is an experienced Finance Director with extensive experience in managing change across a broad portfolio of business functions within multi-site leisure / retail / hospitality sectors and having operated for many years at operational and investor Board level in both plc and Private Equity environments.

Chris has served on the boards of LA Fitness Plc, MegaBowl Ltd, and Pontins Holidays as Group Finance Director, before which he held senior finance positions within CentreParks and the Courtaulds Group

Tony Fowles

General Manager

Tony is an experienced operator and marketer who is joining the business in the key role of General Manager. He has joined the business from Safestore Plc where he was Regional Operations Manager, and prior to that was a Regional Sales Manager with LA fitness.

He has significant sales, operations, and marketing experience in the leisure and retail markets and has a proven track record of improving performance in multi site operations through driving sales and customer service programmes. Tony is responsible for all areas of store operations, training, and store marketing.

Graeme Rhodes

Head of Marketing

Having previously held senior roles at O2, BT, Securicor, Unipart and Thorn EMI, Graeme is a highly experienced operational marketer who has both built and run retail store chains in the UK and Germany.

He has extensive consumer and new media marketing experience and also brings strong product and channel marketing skills to PACK & SEND.

Richard Webb

Corporate Stores - South

Richard is an experienced senior manager with 30 years’ experience in advertising agencies and newspaper publishing. Having learned the PACK & SEND business as one of their earliest UK franchisees, he joined the team as a senior manager with specific responsibility for the Richmond Park company service centre.

Richard has extensive experience in P&L management and is an effective driver of revenue and profit. Aside from running the Richmond Park unit, he is an experienced support for the wider franchise network.

Donna Fawzy

Management Accountant

Donna has 15+ years of experience in finance covering retail, services and accounting practice in LTD, LLP and PLC environments. Donna has significant finance experience in Franchised SMEs, having managed a retail portfolio over a significant growth period and across its multi-site business structure.
