Free warranty on declared values up to £1,000
For items above £1,000, the first £1,000 is covered at no charge — they only pay warranty on the amount above
Available at participating PACK & SEND locations across the UK. You can find your participating store details in the confirmation email
Redeemable in store or online using the campaign code included in your promotional pack

Sign up to be part of our promotion and receive your promo code.
We’ll be in touch with your dedicated promotional pack.
Pass the code on however works best for you — email, print, or with winning bidder communications.
Your customers ship with confidence. They present the code at one of our participating PACK & SEND locations and receive their free warranty. We handle everything from there.

We’ll be in touch with your free pack. We’ll produce everything and deliver it directly to your location. Your pack includes:

Printed vouchers — branded, print-ready cards featuring the campaign code for your customers to keep and present when booking

FAQs

What if a customer’s item is worth more than £1,000?

The first £1,000 is covered at no charge. For items above £1,000, the customer pays warranty only on the amount exceeding £1,000.

When does the offer run?

Valid for shipments quoted between 1 September and 30 November 2026 at participating PACK & SEND locations.

Is there a limit on how many customers can use it?

No, all of your customers are welcome to use the code during the campaign period.
