Your auction house has given you access to something a little special. From 1 September to 30 November 2026, PACK & SEND is offering complimentary transit warranty on eligible shipments, exclusively for customers of participating auction houses. Here’s everything you need to know before you book.

What’s covered

— Free warranty on declared values up to £1,000
— For items above £1,000, the first £1,000 is covered at no charge — you only pay warranty on the amount exceeding £1,000
— Cover applies to loss or damage during transit, up to the full declared value of your goods

How to redeem

Simply quote your voucher code when you book. You can do this in store at a participating PACK & SEND location*, by phone, or by entering your code in the item description field of our online enquiry form above. Our team will confirm your warranty cover when processing your booking.

Have the following ready when you get in touch:
— Your voucher code
— The full declared value of your item(s)
— Dimensions, weight, and destination details

Important limitations

— Valid for shipments quoted between 1 September and 30 November 2026 only
— Your code must be provided at the time of booking, it cannot be applied after a booking has been confirmed
— Not valid on pre-packed online self-service bookings
— Only redeemable at participating PACK & SEND locations*
— The full value of your goods must be accurately declared at booking, proof of value may be requested when processing any claim
— Certain items are excluded from warranty cover regardless of this promotion, including prohibited items and good not packed in a PACK & SEND store. See full T&Cs for details
— One voucher code per shipment
— No cash value. Non-transferable.
