Warranty Campaign Terms And Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the PACK & SEND Free Warranty Campaign (“Campaign”) and apply to all eligible customers who book a shipment through a participating PACK & SEND Service Centre during the Campaign Period using a valid Promotional Code. By booking a shipment through a participating Service Centre during the Campaign Period and presenting a valid Promotional Code, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Campaign Eligibility

2.1 Service Centre Participation
The Campaign is available exclusively through selected PACK & SEND Service Centres. Customers must present their promotional discount code at the time of enquiry in-store, via phone or in the notes section of the online enquiry form.

2.2 Customer Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all customers (private individuals and businesses) who present a valid Promotional Code at the time of booking an eligible shipment at a Participating Service Centre during the Campaign Period. Customers who do not present a valid Promotional Code at the point of booking are not eligible for the Campaign offer, and the complimentary Warranty will not be applied retrospectively. There is no limit to the number of shipments a customer may book; however, a valid Promotional Code must be presented for each individual shipment, and the Campaign terms apply independently to each booking.

3. The Campaign Offer

3.1 Free Warranty
During the Campaign Period, Participating Service Centres will apply complimentary Warranty to eligible bookings at no additional charge to the customer, provided that a valid Promotional Code is presented at the time of booking and all other conditions set out in these Terms are met. The Promotional Code must be quoted in-store before the booking is confirmed; it cannot be applied after the booking has been completed. Stores reserve the right to decline promotional codes at the point of quoting.

IMPORTANT: Free Warranty is only available to customers who present a valid Promotional Code at the time of booking. It is provided at no cost only for shipments with a Declared Value of up to £1,000. Where the Declared Value exceeds £1,000, the customer remains responsible for the cost of Warranty on the portion of value above £1,000.

3.2 Shipments Valued at or Below £1,000
For shipments with a Declared Value of £1,000 or less, Warranty will be applied in full at no additional cost to the customer if the promotional code has been presented. No payment for protection cover through warranty is required from the customer for these shipments.

3.3 Shipments Valued Above £1,000
For shipments with a Declared Value exceeding £1,000, Warranty will be split as follows:

The cost of Warranty on the first £1,000 of Declared Value will be covered by the Campaign (at no charge to the customer).
The customer is responsible for paying the Shortfall, being the cost of Warranty applicable to the portion of Declared Value above £1,000, prior to the shipment being accepted.

Example: A customer declares a shipment value of £3,500. The Campaign covers the protection cost on the first £1,000. The customer pays only the protection cost applicable to the remaining £1,500.

The Shortfall amount will be calculated and communicated to the customer by the Participating Service Centre at the time of booking. Shipments will not proceed without payment of any applicable Shortfall.

4. Warranty Conditions
Warranty provided under this Campaign is subject to the standard PACK & SEND Warranty terms and conditions, a copy of which is available from your Participating Service Centre or at www.packsend.co.uk. In particular, customers should note the following:

Cover is limited to the Declared Value stated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the full value of their goods.
Certain items are excluded from Warranty altogether, regardless of this Campaign. Prohibited and excluded items are listed in the standard PACK & SEND Warranty terms.

Claims must be submitted in accordance with the standard claims process and within the applicable timeframes.
PACK & SEND reserves the right to require proof of value (e.g. purchase receipt, valuation certificate) before processing any claim.

5. Exclusions
The following are excluded from this Campaign:

Shipments booked without a valid Promotional Code presented at the time of booking. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively once a booking has been confirmed.
Pre-Packaged Online Self Service bookings
Shipments booked outside the Campaign Period (before 1 September 2026 or after 30 November 2026).
Shipments booked at non-participating PACK & SEND Service Centres.
Items that are excluded from Warranty under the standard PACK & SEND protection terms (including but not limited to prohibited items, inherently fragile items inadequately packaged, and items of sentimental value).
Shipments where the customer declines to pay the applicable Shortfall for Declared Values exceeding £1,000.
Retrospective protection claims on shipments not registered under this Campaign at the time of booking.

6. General Terms
6.1 Campaign Amendments
PACK & SEND reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Campaign at any time. Any amendments will not affect bookings already made and accepted under the Campaign prior to the date of amendment.

6.2 Service Centre Discretion
Participating Service Centres retain the right to refuse a promotional code or full booking in their reasonable judgement.

6.3 No Cash Alternative
The Campaign offer of complimentary Warranty has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for any alternative benefit.

6.4 Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes PACK & SEND’s liability for matters which cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PACK & SEND’s liability in connection with this Campaign is limited to the value of the Warranty benefit provided.

6.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.6 Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with PACK & SEND’s Privacy Policy, available at www.packsend.co.uk. By participating in this Campaign, customers consent to the processing of their personal data as described in that policy.
