Couldn't be more happier with Pack & Send in our hour of need! Our travel agent (Travel Associates, Chirn Park, Australia - don't use them!) changed our tickets and removed our luggage allowances. We had to (on our last day in London) find somewhere nearby to send home our extra suitcases. Monika was so helpful and we got sorted really quickly and our bags made it home. It wasn't a cheap endeavour but it was easy and our belongings made it home only a few days later than we did. Highly recommend this (Aussie!) company!!!read more

I've used Pack & Send twice and recommend them. I've just received the second parcel now - picked up, perfectly packed and sent to me by courier. For me, the only alternative would have been to take a day off work and fly to London to pick up the items, so this is better and cheaper!read more

I would highly recommend the Pack and Send team (at Hammersmith.)The entire team, and Joanne especially, are very friendly, patient and helpful. They appear to handle large contracts and many large items. So, I really appreciate the attention they provided to my one time, small personal item.Joanne assisted me to send a package to the US. The team worked diligently to help me through the US customs paperwork, estimating the shipping and packing costs, and setting up the payment details and process. There was also a concern if the contents were allowable by US customs. Joanne had requested two or three hours to research this, but after explaining my time constraint, she quickly resolved the issue. Despite the complexities, everything was taken care of in about an hour. The box was extremely well packed and the fragile contents arrived intact.read more

This was our first experience sending luggages from UK to Paris and from the first we came to the office asked some questions about delivery until the day we received it, pack & send ( Monica) really helpful and kind.
