I've used Pack & Send Harrow twice now; the first time, to ship my personal effects from UK to Singapore and the second occasion to bring my effects back to the UK.On both occasions the service and customer care provided by Mark (outgoing shipment) and Siro (incoming shipment) was fantastic!! Great experience shipping a huge order with Siro and the team. Siro responding to my many emails very quickly and helped out when the order was stuck in customs.I shipped 18 boxes and 5 pieces of art and mirrors from the UK and New York. Everything arrived without a scratch and the boxes hardly had any bends in them. It was incredible. This went through Fedex.There was a delay in customs and some times its hard to get updates on the shipment but as far as Pack & Send, they were great the entire way through and would highly recommend.read more

I sent 3 paintings and an ornamental figure from Hertfordshire to my brother in Philadelphia. They were very helpful with guidance on the US customs forms. The were efficient in all they did and collected the goods from our home, arriving bang on the allotted collection time. They packed the items which were delivered quickly and were undamaged on delivery; my brother described them as having been extremely well packed. On top of all this, after the items had been collected and packed, I got an email from Pack & Send saying they had managed to pack them into a smaller size shipment than they originally assumed so that the final invoice price was £50 LESS than I had been quoted! Outstanding experience throughout! I bought some expensive plumbing fixtures through Ebay from a London based seller. Seller required the items be collected from his place. So I hired Pack & Send Harrow for pickup, packaging and then shipping the items to my address in USA. Despite seller providing incorrect information (on size of packaging and weight), Pack&Send nonetheless was open, flexible and reasonable in doing this job. Despite the weight increased significantly, additional cost was negligible. I also requested insurance. Package arrived today in two very meticulously packed boxes. I was quite impressed in the level of care and detail to ensure nothing moved nor got damaged in the international shipping. And the entire experience was outstanding. I used pack and send to transport an entire exhibition abroad. From packing my paintings in my home, to getting creates made, to boxing the paintings and taking care of customs papers, they did it all. I am the artist myself and had no experience with anything like this before. The two people I dealt with took all the time I needed to answer every question I had, explain the process, adapt to my needs not just once. I was very fortunate to trust PACK & SEND with the packing and shipping of a glass framed signed Spice Girls T-shirt. The padded wooden crate was perfectly measured. PACK & SEND understood that if the frame was just minimally loose inside the crate, the T-shirt would detach itself from the frame. The communication with the staff (Alex) was punctual and clear throughout the shipping process. After receipt of the crate, the padding was relatively easy to remove from the crate so that both padding and wooden crate could be recycled. They charged me for 18kg which was understandable since they added shipping materials. Then I realized my item was actually 14kg net weight and notified them but they never bothered updating it. So I paid for 3kg extra weight which is a lot shipping overseas. Just bothered me that If I had entered correct weight from the beginning I probably would've been charged less. But they were already doing such a great service for me I decided not to make a fuss. All in all I highly recommend them just make sure you get the correct weight and dimensions of your parcel as they most likely won't make any changes once they've given you an estimate.read more

Or CALL & COLLECT. What a great team. We needed a server delivered home after a business venture in Australia was sold. We were quoted crazy money by local Australian firms. Very happy with the service. I had to ship a large canvas painting from London to Asia. Found PACK & SEND Harrow and made an inquiry. They were quick & responsive with my questions. after booking the driver came to pick up the painting at designated time (he climbed 3 flights of stairs up and down carrying a large painting by himself, without a grump), then the shipment arrived in a week's time, and most of all, painting was well packed without a scratch. Excellent customer service and SUPERB packing! Pack & Send crated a vintage Studer tape recording machine for me to be shipped from London to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were less expensive to crate and to ship than the nearest competitor by about £200, shipping was very quick (less than a week from drop-off at Pack & Send to my door here in the US), and they really did an outstanding job of safely crating and protecting the machine inside the crate. It was obvious to me upon opening the crate that a great deal of care (and attention to detail) was put into ensuring the machine was properly protected and cushioned during transit. Additionally there were many loose parts with the machine that were also individually wrapped to ensure that parts didn't scratch or otherwise damage one another during transit. I searched for over a week for a company who would provide crating, shipping, and customs paperwork for me and I decided to give Pack & Send Harrow a try. Yousif and his associates were very responsive and provided timely responses to my emails and even followed up upon delivery to ensure that everything arrived safely.As a result, I now have a dependable, affordable, and reliable shipper in the greater London area for the pro-audio equipment I purchase there for import to the US.
