Loss or Damage Protection
We can collect your stuff from any university in the UK. If you can’t be there when we collect, we can liaise with your building manager and WhatsApp video you to walk through your accommodation and make sure we haven’t missed anything.
For all student collections and shipments, our service centres can pack your stuff. Our wide range of packing solutions ensures that no matter how; awkward, fragile or large your belongings are we can pack them safely to be sent home, wherever that is!
Our range of domestic and international shipping options means that no matter where you are going, we can get your stuff home. To arrange a shipment, contact the local service centre to your university.
At PACK & SEND we offer optional comprehensive loss and damage cover for all items regardless of their value. Full cover applies only to goods that have been packed and shipped by PACK & SEND and cannot be offered as a product for goods that are being shipped by a third party. For pre-packed and customer packed goods being shipped by PACK & SEND we can offer loss-only cover.
