We are proud to be celebrating 30 years of secure packing and safe deliveries this August. Over the past three decades, PACK & SEND has grown from strength to strength, transforming into a formidable multi-national retail network and an emerging global brand.

The journey of PACK & SEND began in August 1993 with the opening of our first Service Centre in Parramatta, NSW, Australia. Since then, PACK & SEND’s commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach has driven our expansion, leading to a widespread presence across Australia and New Zealand. In 2009, we launched in the UK, marking a significant milestone in our international journey, where we have steadily grown our retail network through a successful franchising model.

One of the pivotal moments in PACK & SEND UK’s trajectory was in March 2023, when we became part of MBE Worldwide. With annual turnover in excess of $1 Billion and close to 3000 outlets, MBE Worldwide is a renowned conglomerate that now encompasses three prominent logistics brands in the UK market, namely Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND, and World Options.
