Ways We Can Help You During the COVID 19 Disruption

PACK & SEND offer a range of unique solutions during these unprecedented times, including those listed below.

Contactless pick-up and delivery – If you require our services but prefer to avoid face-to-face contact, we can easily conduct all communication via phone and email. We can also arrange for contactless pick-up and delivery that complies with recommended social distancing measures.

Office Equipment Delivery to Homes – If any staff are working from home and require business equipment such as computers, tablets, printers, phones, or any office supplies or even appropriate furniture, then we can home-deliver these to the door in a contactless fashion. We can also assist with importing additional supplies or equipment you may need to purchase from overseas if required.

Personal Effects & Care packages – If you wish to send care packages or important supplies to family and friends in the UK or even overseas then we can provide both appropriate packing and shipping options.

Unplanned Student Departures – All our service centres can help students who have found that their place of learning has been closed early or simply prefer to return to their family home to study. Whether in the UK, or having returned to a home country elsewhere, we offer a seamless solution for personal possessions needing collection, packing and sending on and can even help arrange goods to be stored until students can return if required.

Contactless Delivery Service

Working Safely for Everybody

Safety is our first priority and our precautions are in line with guidance from official bodies.

For customers at our service centres we ask you to respect our safety rules:
– call ahead to make a booking – we admit one visitor at a time
– use a face-covering or mask in the building (we can supply)
– stay in the indicated safe area
– use the hand sanitiser provided

Our service centres are also:

  • Following hygiene recommendations from the NHS and WHO
  • Taking extra measures to ensure the sanitation of our service centres to help avoid unnecessary exposure
  • Recommending communication with customers and suppliers is via the phone and other electronic means
  • Operating a contactless delivery service

Additionally, we require that no employee or supplier partner reports to a service centre if they:

  • feel unwell or are exhibiting the highlighted symptoms such as a persistent cough or a high temperature
  • have been in contact with an infected person
  • have recently returned from any country with reported cases or require a quarantine period
