Contactless Deliveries and Safe Collection Services

As a recognised essential service provider, we continue to be open for business to provide a safe and reliable delivery service for important, valuable, difficult or fragile shipments around the world – regardless of size or if high in value – with health and safety measures in place designed to ensure the well-being of everybody.

Despite restrictions having been placed on the movement of people across borders in many parts of the world, these do not apply to goods and freight movements. Consequently, we continue to offer secure delivery services to virtually all areas. Whilst some specific zone restrictions are being added (and relaxed) we are not experiencing major disruptions to our global delivery network at present.

How Does It Work?

Safe Contactless DeliveryWe are now operating contactless processes with our Service Centres handling everything for you, saving you time, trouble and money.

  • The sender contacts their local Service Centre remotely (by phone, email or via our website) to book the collection and arrange full pickup details (including a time and special instructions)
  • All our drivers have PPE equipment in the form of gloves, masks, hand sanitisers and disinfectants
  • Safe collection options include:
    • Sender leaving the parcel or goods in a safe and secure place for our driver to collect
    • If the Sender is at home, our driver can call or text on arrival so items can be placed at a location by the Sender who then backs away more than the required 2 metres for our driver to collect
  • If required, items will be professionally and hygienically packed at our service centre before safely shipping. Collected cartons already packed will be quarantined for 24 hours to eliminate contamination risk before onward shipping
  • Once prepared for transit, all shipments are dispatched to their final destinations where delivery drivers undertake further contactless procedures with the recipient.

Please let us know if you or someone at the pickup or delivery address is sick or quarantined when you contact us.


Safety is our first priority and our precautions are in line with guidance from official bodies.

For customers at our service centres we ask you to respect our safety rules:
– call ahead to make a booking – we allow one visitor at a time
– use a face-covering or mask in the building (we can supply)
– stay in the indicated safe area
– use the hand sanitiser provided

Our service centres are also:

  • Following hygiene recommendations from the NHS and WHO
  • Taking extra measures to ensure the sanitation of our service centres to help avoid unnecessary exposure
  • Recommending communication with customers and suppliers is via the phone and other electronic means
  • Operating a contactless delivery service

Additionally, we require that no employee or supplier partner reports to a service centre if they:

  • feel unwell or are exhibiting the highlighted symptoms such as a persistent cough or a high temperature
  • have been in contact with an infected person
  • have recently returned from any country with reported cases or require a quarantine period
