I would highly recommend the Pack and Send team (at Hammersmith.)The entire team, and Joanne especially, are very friendly, patient and helpful. They appear to handle large contracts and many large items. So, I really appreciate the attention they provided to my one time, small personal item.Joanne assisted me to send a package to the US. The team worked diligently to help me through the US customs paperwork, estimating the shipping and packing costs, and setting up the payment details and process. There was also a concern if the contents were allowable by US customs. Joanne had requested two or three hours to research this, but after explaining my time constraint, she quickly resolved the issue. Despite the complexities, everything was taken care of in about an hour. The box was extremely well packed and the fragile contents arrived intact.read more

This was our first experience sending luggages from UK to Paris and from the first we came to the office asked some questions about delivery until the day we received it, pack & send ( Monica) really helpful and kind. We just brought the suitcase for immediate dispatch to the office of the company with no online pre-booking or any call in advance and within an hour the suitcase was on its way to the North of England.
